Getting started is a breeze, you'll simply get into a comfortable position and gently push your Exerciser into place, leaving the removal cord outside your body. You can use a little water based lube to help, if you'd like. One it's properly in place, you shouldn't feel any discomfort, just a sexy sense of awareness. Simply flex your pelvic floor muscles against the sphere to complete a kegel, then repeat. 

As you flex and move, you'll feel the jiggly inner ball at the core of your Exerciser roll and rock, inspiring unique stimulation and sensation deep inside. Hey, a little incentive never hurts, right!?
